We apologise for the loss of the internet between the 8th and 24th July this was due to damage to the cables on the pole outside the house. The problem was outside our control and may have been caused by the severe storms we had in the first week of July.
Thank you for recording this in the visitors book as this enabled us to take action as soon as we could. However Openreach took quite some time diagnose and repair the fault which was frustrating.
