Warwick Lodge has been providing luxury self-catering accommodation to holidaymakers in Perranporth since 2012 and is situated in Liskey Hill crescent, a mere 5 minute walk from the beach.
The Lodge sleeps 9, with 4 bedrooms; two upstairs and two downstairs, and a master bedroom with fantastic sea views and a balcony. There are two bathrooms, the upstairs with a power shower and the downstairs with a shower and bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for any laundry needs you may have during your stay.
The living and dining area are part of a large open plan space, with plenty of seating and french doors leading onto the patio area and garden at the back of the house. The property has been very tastefully extended by the previous owners and this brings the extra open plan and balcony space.
There is full double glazing and gas central heating, and a log-burner for an extra cosy stay if you come outside of the summer season! Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is also parking space for two small vehicles.
